The problem is that self-identity is the foundational layer of the psyche. It overrides values, desires and even beliefs! Your Caterpillar Self holds you back.

When you feel that you are not good enough and have to work harder and harder to deserve or achieve your dream, but nothing you do is enough because you secretly cannot truly feel or embrace the value of your gifts, then you are trapped in your Caterpillar Self.
It does not matter that you consciously know you are worth it!

All of what you know or do at a conscious level is meaningless to the subconscious mind holding the old, hidden Caterpillar-Self pattern. This pattern is what prevents you from becoming your Butterfly Self.
