2020 has been one of the most challenging years any of us has experienced in the time we are living. It brought chaos and crisis and though terrible experiences, they are usually portals to evolutionary transformation. We were quite shaken into new frequencies and awakened to that which needed to change. Now 2021 is upon us and the planets are aligning to usher a new era so that we can create a world that is more loving, creative and just and where we live in harmony with self, others and Earth Mother.
To help in this transition, sound healer Deborah Brodey and storyteller-shaman Maria Mar are offering a ceremonial journey to release the baggage from 2020 while retaining its gifts and to clear the path to 2021.
The ceremony is a sacred oasis to replenish our energy and bring our being into harmony, share with each other in a safe, supportive environment and dance/move joyfully to recover our vibrancy and open the flow of life within us so that we can receive 2021 with strength, joy and creative delight.
Deborah and Maria will also be calling upon the elemental forces to help us heal and align with the planet. The ceremony will end with a joyful celebration of the frequencies linked to the new Aquarius Age, energies of human evolution, justice, freedom, a rise of consciousness and an evolutionary leap to live in harmony with self, others and the planet as well as to foster democracy and community.

Calling in the Waters to help release fear and stress
Release the heavy baggage that 2020 dumped on your psychic shoulders and renew your energy to receive 2021 with strength, joy and serenity.
The kidneys, adrenals and bladder are linked to the Water element and are deeply connected to the emotions of fear and affected by stress. The kidneys also carry our Female Ancestry and are key organs in managing energy. If they are depleted, we may feel fatigue and not have enough energy for healing or daily work.
Through sound, energy work and intentional movement we call upon the water mothers to wash away the emotion of fear and clearing stagnant stress, to recharge our kidneys, adrenal glands and sexual organs to open the flow of life and renew our courage and our sense of play and creativity.
