In Volume 1, you experience deep relaxation as I guide you through full organic breathing, stress-releasing exhalation and a series of stress-releasing movements, leading to Sky Mind, the empty, relaxed mind.
Next you journey to meet your Divine I Am, a tiny holographic atom of the Universe that is your highest, most complete self. There you will enjoy cosmic bliss as you experience the ecstasy of Oneness. You experience the unbound power you possess, as within you there exists everything that exists in the Universe!
You then feel the call of Earth Mother as she beacons you into the Earth Plane and you discover what qualities in your Unique Essence are called forth to serve Mother Earth as you prepare to come into the world.
In Volume 2, you are born to your mother and father, entering the physical world. Each of your parents holds two gifts that they bestow on you for your Life Purpose. You enjoy discovering what these four Karmic Gifts are and how they relate to the elements of earth and to the planes of your physical existence: body, emotions, mind and spirit.
Your parents each also bestow on you two wounds, your Karmic Wounds. These wounds are in the exact same place as the Karmic Gifts because they are the Alchemical Catalysts that polish your gifts.
You find out how your Karmic Gifts and Karmic Wounds create a duality dance that helps you unfold and strengthen your character, values and power. This experience erases guilt, shame, judgment and feelings of insufficiency and failure as you realize that your mistakes and limitations are part of the Divine Design for your life and can easily become the Secrets Tools of Mastery that help you realize your Life Purpose.
